Documents required for an Automobile or Car loan (Salaried Individual):

  • Latest salary slip or salary certificate (showing deductions)

  • Form 16 of the previous year or latest two years Income Tax Returns

  • Statement of Bank account of the applicant(s) for last 6 months

  • Passport size photographs of the applicant(s)

  • Passport / Driving license / Voter Identity Card / Credit Card / PAN Card

  • Telephone Bill / Electricity Bill / water Bill / Ration Bill / life Insurance policy.

  • Signature verification from bank

  • Residence proof

  • A land line telephone connection

Documents required for an Automobile or Car loan (Self Employed Individual):

  • Age proof / ID proof/ Residence proof / Income proof / Driving licenses / Income Tax PAN no.

  • Bank Statement of the applicant(s).

  • Photograph of the applicant(s).

  • Proforma Invoice a) dealer b) of the vehicle.

  • Income Tax Returns for 2 previous financial years.

  • Details of the guarantors

  • The cash receipts & original bill from the dealer.

  • Photostat copy of the RC book and comprehensive insurance policy.

  • Signature verification proof

Documents required for an Automobile or Car loan (Partnership Firm):

  • Proof of identity / Address / Bank Statement

  • Audited B/S, P/L Account for latest 2 years

  • Latest 2 years IT Returns of the company

  • Copy of work order / contracts

  • Authority letter to sign the agreement on behalf of the firm

  • Partnership deed / shop & Establishment Act Certificate / Latest sales Tax assessment order/ sales tax registration certificate / MOA & AOA with registration certificate
