Required Documents (to be submitted with the application):

  • Identity: Recent Passport size photo

  • Identity Proof: Passport / Photo PAN Card / Defense or Government ID Card / Voter ID card / Driving Licenses / Ration Card / Verified Signature

  • Signature Verification: Passport / Banker certificate / Driving Licenses / PAN Card

  • Address Proof: Passport / Ration card / Driving Licenses/ Electricity Bill / Life Insurance Policy / Recent Telephone Bill (Land Line) / Driving Licenses / Electricity Bill / Property-tax receipt /

  • Age Proof: Passport / Valid Driving licenses / Voter Identity card / Birth Certificate / School leaving certificate / LIC Policy or Premium receipt clearly showing the applicant age

  • Latest salary slip(showing deduction) / Form 16 / Latest IT returns and Bank Statement for last 3 months / Pass book (updated for last 6 months)

  • Copy of approved plan

  • Copy of Pension Certificate in case of retired applicant

  • Full details of the Guarantor
